Applications are invited for the following purely temporary position in the DST-SERB funded project “Palmitoylated α-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone based peptidomimetics against biofilm embedded Staphylococcus aureus”
Position: Laboratory Assistant
No. of Post: 01
Job requirement: Preparation of bills, maintaining the project purchase record. Washing tubes, autoclaving, cleaning of pots and trays and desks, instruments and microbiology waste discard etc.
Qualifications:
The candidates applying for the post
- Should be 12th pass.
- Should have experience in bacterial culture laboratory having working knowledge in various research procedures including autoclaving, media preparation etc.
- Should have basic knowledge of Computers
Emoluments: Rs. 12,000/- per month (consolidated)
Candidates will be short-listed initially based on work experience, and only the short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The selected candidates will be appointed on purely temporary basis, initially for a period of one year or till his/her services are required by the project director or till the validity of the project, whichever is earliest.
