Dr. Kimhas served on such posts as Chief of Japan Studies Division, Chief of Regional Military AffairsDivision, Chief of US Studies Division, Chief of International Conflict Studies Division, andDirector of the Center for Security and Strategy. Dr. Kim was the Editor-in- Chief for The Korean Journal of Defense Analysis (KJDA), aquarterly English journal registered with the SSCI. He has been involved in many internationalsecurity and defense forums, including the Shangri-La Dialogue, the Xiangshan Dialogue, andthe Seoul Defense Dialogue (SDD), an annual track 1.5 dialogue hosted by the ROK Ministry ofNational Defense.He is the author and co-author of numerous KIDA reports and English books and articleson the ROK-US alliance and the USFK, US defense and military strategies, Northeast Asiansecurity affairs, ROK-US- Japan trilateral security cooperation, and multilateral securitycooperation on WMDs and transnational threats. <strong>Date: 7 November 2016</strong> &nbsp;
