Abstract: All kinds of natural hazards occur on land, ocean and atmosphere affecting people living on the Earth. The land where people live is surrounded by ocean; the atmosphere is linkage between land and ocean. The maximum people get affected and losses of properties occur surrounding the location where the natural hazards trigger. Natural hazards have no liking or disliking, it can occur at any time of the day and night. The natural hazards are associated with strong coupling between land-ocean-atmosphere, sometime if the natural hazards occur on the land, ocean and atmosphere get affected. An  overview  of  the  integrated  approach, combining  ground and  satellite  observations will  be discussed in  monitoring  land, ocean, atmosphere  and meteorological  parameters  on  the surface as well as at different pressure levels. An overview of the combined approach ground and satellite data will be presented to get early information about the natural hazards associated with land, ocean and atmosphere.  Use  of  ground  and  satellite observations  are  extensively  used  to monitor earth’s systems to get reliable  early  warning  signals  related  to  earthquakes,  droughts, landslides, dust  storms,  hurricanes/cyclone/typhoons,  forest  fires  and  ocean  pollution. The observing systems have helped scientists and governments to issue early warning of all kinds of natural hazards to evacuate the likely impacted areas from the natural hazards which have greatly reduce the loss of lives throughout the globe.
